The former finance minister or Secretary of the United States, and also Vice Ministers of Egypt, including senior former senior officials from other countries.
We have a very diverse profile in our senior management in terms of decision making and how they act purely in the interest of the organization.

We have General Assembly and every year we hold board of Actors meeting every year.

Our members cover over 1,450 members from 142 countries.
Many of the members come from global South countries and they come from a very diverse geographical region, which is reflected on our official website.
As we mentioned, important decisions are made through the General Assembly and Board of Directors.
In this process, we pay special attention to energy transition in the global South, as we mentioned, Yesterday, we have been supporting 2030 agenda, in particular, SDG 17 energy for every one.

Chair, ladies and gentlemen, Distinguished members, we were asked yesterday a very important question pertaining to transparency and continuity of work at our organization.
First of all, our center is based on the work of volunteers.
It doesn't mean that the center um, does not have an institutional work.
Any voluntary work, when it's responsible, when it's fully documented, could be a very good and sustainable model to follow by the civil society, particularly when it comes to freedom of expression, social justice, democracy, and others.
Regarding transparency, our organization is a nonprofit organization registered at the United States of America.
It respects tax and legal requirements.
It also has documents of its activities and its publications as well as its media content and its partnerships.
It looks to provide important information and documents on its website with full transparency.
This allows the public and relevant parties to be aware of its activities and of its works accurately.
Furthermore, Our organization uses volunteers.
It does not mean that there is no ability to manage our finances.
It's quite the opposite.
Before the pandemic, we had small and limited contributions to implement our activities.
We also received and continue to receive some donations and some contributions from members who believe in our mission and goals.
This hybrid away between volunteering and good governance of our resources allowed us to continue despite financial challenges and despite limited resources, this year, we were able to provide two grants to small enterprises with activities that are also in line with our values in terms of human rights and others.
We say this not to show that we have financial surplus.
This is to prove that good governance volunteering could allow a small organization to sustain its work and also to support other civil society initiatives within its limited resources.
In terms of sustainability, this shows that our model is not fragile or really punctual.
We were able to sustain our work despite our limited resources.
We were able to publish 1,000 articles and environmental analysis.
300 video apps were produced.
We were also able to use modern technologies and AI, as well as low cost digital solutions.
To launch a web TV as well as two applications using both Android and Apple systems.
This was not due to significant financing.
This is because of young content producers who believe in democracy, in a transitional justice, in freedom of expression, in diversity.
So the sustainability of the CSD is not based on one unique model.
This is volunteering, small contributions, and previous experiences in managing resources and partnerships.
We also look for future contributions.
We're looking to diversify our support resources with various partnerships and grants that agree and align with our non profit values.
This year, and to be very specific, on the 18th of this month, so a few days ago, There was a request of funding from the EU and we still, of course, awaiting the results.
We say this.
We give this example, not because this is taken for granted.
This is just to show that we are seriously working to develop our resources in the future in a very transparent and institutional framework.
Our model is also based on reducing to the minimum our administrative requirements, and this is to enhance and optimize our impact.
We have our Project Voice of Syria.
This project, through it, we look to support young content creators who work on diversity, human rights, democracy, and others to help their content to widen their audience so that they can transform that into maybe professional opportunities and small projects and so that they're not limited in the scope of their work.
That is why we believe that using volunteers is not a weakness.
This is part of our communal resilience and a good use of competencies because we document, we report, and we provide information transparently.
