Leaders will share successes, practical approaches and lessons on planning, financing, designation, Indigenous Peoples and local community inclusion, and international and transboundary cooperation. The event will build political momentum, strengthen international collaboration and highlight the importance of biodiversity conservation for sustainable development, economic stability, food security, climate resilience and global security, ahead of CBD COP17 in Armenia.
