Member States wishing to participate in relevant meetings of the Security Council should submit the required Rule 37 letter addressed to the President of the Security Council, duly signed by the Permanent Representative or the Chargé d'affaires, a.i., via the Security Council eSpeakers module in e-deleGATE+.
